I'll be right there with you every step of the way. Most importantly though, I’m going to hold you accountable and teach you that the person you really need to make proud isn’t me… it’s you.

    Located in Minneapolis, in-person training packages are offered in 4, 8, or 12 sessions. Below are the rates for in-person training, dependent on the number of sessions purchased.

    4 sessions | $320 | $80/session (1x/week)

    8 sessions | $560 | $70/session (2x/week)

    12 sessions | $720 | $60/session (3x/week)

    Facilitated via Zoom, virtual training packages are offered in the form of 4, 8, or 12 sessions. Below are the rates for virtual training, depending on the number of sessions purchased.
