My Story

a former varsity athlete and member of the military, I will be the first to tell you that my fitness and aesthetics journey has not always been linear. since my teen years, I’ve struggled with my weight, body image, and confidence. when the pandemic forced me to re-evaluate my life, I realized my entrepreneurial pursuits were successful but my mental, emotional, and physical well-being weren’t evolving in the way I desired. so, I made a choice and what I’ve come to realize is it’s not always about the scale, it’s really about what you, your mind, and your body can do at your very best.
